The Eye (imdb)
The remake of the Hong Kong Horror “Gin Gwai” (2002) starring Jessica Alba got a new trailer today. This time it has some dialogue and is nearly a minute longer, but most of the scenes are still pretty similar to the teaser put out a month ago. (Still up on the official site.) I don’t know how I feel about remakes of Asian horrors. The originals always tend to have a little more oomph. Maybe because Asian people are extra scary. Seriously, watch the trailer and you’ll see what I mean. Try not to laugh when you hear Jessica Alba’s delivery of “Actually, I’ve never been so scared in my entire life…” I dare you.
